An Act relative to firearm dealer licensing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 122 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
3 SECTION 2. Section 123 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as
4appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, shall be amended by deleting the section in its entirety.
