2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 140 shall be amended by inserting the following section:-
3030 2 Section 120A. No county, municipality, township or other community entity within the
3131 3Commonwealth of Massachusetts may enact, pass or enforce any law, ordinance or regulation
3232 4concerning the lawful ownership, use, possession, transfer, purchase, receipt or transportation of
3333 5weapons, antique weapons, ammunition or ammunition components.
