An Act relative to Constitutional rights.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 140 shall be amended by inserting the following section:-
2 Section 120A. No county, municipality, township or other community entity within the 
3Commonwealth of Massachusetts may enact, pass or enforce any law, ordinance or regulation 
4concerning the lawful ownership, use, possession, transfer, purchase, receipt or transportation of 
5weapons, antique weapons, ammunition or ammunition components.
