2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Chapter 32, section4(2)(c) of the General Laws as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition
3030 2is hereby amended by adding in line 3 after the word “Part-time,” the word “elected,”;
3131 3 And further, by adding in line 5 after the word “Membership” the following words “or in
3232 4the case of an elected official, did not exercise his right to become a retirement system member,”
