2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (h) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as
3232 2appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and
3333 3inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
3434 4 (uu) Sales of protective facial coverings, including face shields and masks.
