Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (h) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as 2appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and 3inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:- 4 (uu) Sales of protective facial coverings, including face shields and masks.
