2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Clause forty-first A of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the
2929 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1170-1171, the words “the rate
3030 3provided in section sixty-two of chapter sixty”, and inserting in place thereof the following
3131 4words:- a rate equal to the prime rate, as reported by the federal reserve board in federal reserve
3232 5statistical release H. 15, plus 2%.
