An Act relative to property tax deferrals for seniors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Clause forty-first A of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 
22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1170-1171, the words “the rate 
3provided in section sixty-two of chapter sixty”, and inserting in place thereof the following 
4words:- a rate equal to the prime rate, as reported by the federal reserve board in federal reserve 
5statistical release H. 15, plus 2%.
