| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 11F3/4 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the |

| 33 | 33 | | 22020 Official Edition, and as amended by Section 34 of Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2021, is hereby |

| 34 | 34 | | 3further amended in clause (i) of subsection (c) by striking the words “biomass fuel; and (11)”. |
