3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Section 11F3/4 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the
3333 22020 Official Edition, and as amended by Section 34 of Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2021, is hereby
3434 3further amended in clause (i) of subsection (c) by striking the words “biomass fuel; and (11)”.
3535 4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
