2828 An Act increasing annuity for disabled veterans and gold star families.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
3232 2is hereby amended by striking out the word in paragraph 2, “$2,000” and inserting in place
3333 3thereof the word: “$3,000”.
3434 4 Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
3535 5is hereby further amended by striking out the words in paragraph 3, “provided, that the surviving
3636 6spouse does not remarry.”
3737 7 Section 6b of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition
3838 8is hereby further amended by striking out the word in line 3 of paragraph 3, “ $2,000” and
3939 9inserting in place thereof the word: “$3,000”.
