2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1: Chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing in the
3030 22020 official edition, are hereby amended by adding the following section:
3131 3 “Section 46: The council shall develop and adopt a written policy requiring each public
3232 4institution of higher education to offer and administer online courses free of charge to any
3333 5Veteran of Massachusetts as defined by M.G.L. ch. 4, s.7, clause 43.”
