An Act relative to the education of the veterans of Massachusetts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing in the 
22020 official edition, are hereby amended by adding the following section:
3 “Section 46: The council shall develop and adopt a written policy requiring each public 
4institution of higher education to offer and administer online courses free of charge to any 
5Veteran of Massachusetts as defined by M.G.L. ch. 4, s.7, clause 43.”
