29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 70B of the General Laws, or any |

30 | 30 | | 2other general or special law or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts school building |

31 | 31 | | 3authority shall reimburse the city of Lowell $38.5 million its high school renovation project |

32 | 32 | | 4construction costs, to compensate for cost overruns resulting from increased supply chain costs |
