| 32 | 32 | | 4fact and rulings of law to those in subsection (b) in any other proceeding, shall follow the |

| 33 | 33 | | 5protocol for complaints and judgements for dependency pursuant this section as published by the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6chief justice of the probate and family court to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7application of this section between county court departments. |
