The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to standard procedures in probate court. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 39M of chapter 119, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended 2by adding the following subsection:- 3 (i) Every court with jurisdiction under this section, or a court issuing similar findings of 4fact and rulings of law to those in subsection (b) in any other proceeding, shall follow the 5protocol for complaints and judgements for dependency pursuant this section as published by the 6chief justice of the probate and family court to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the 7application of this section between county court departments.
