| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Barnstable |

| 34 | 34 | | 2county retirement board shall permit Holly Thyng, a member of said system, to purchase |

| 35 | 35 | | 3creditable service for her time with the Brewster fire department pursuant to the provisions of |

| 36 | 36 | | 4section 4(1) of chapter 32. |
