An Act authorizing Holly Thyng to purchase creditable service from the Barnstable county
retirement board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Barnstable
2county retirement board shall permit Holly Thyng, a member of said system, to purchase
3creditable service for her time with the Brewster fire department pursuant to the provisions of
4section 4(1) of chapter 32.
