| 30 | 30 | | 1 Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 18B the |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 Section 18C. A municipality may, by vote of the board of selectmen, select board, town |

| 33 | 33 | | 4council or city council, establish height and weight restrictions for motor vehicles, as defined in |
