3030 An Act authorizing the town of Conway to continue the employment of police officer Kenneth
3131 Ouimette.
3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3333 of the same, as follows:
3434 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Kenneth
3535 2Ouimette, a member of the police department of the town of Conway, may continue in his
3636 3position until he reaches 70 years of age, the date of his retirement or until his non-
3737 4reappointment, whichever first occurs; provided, however, that deductions from the regular
3838 5compensation of Kenneth Ouimette shall not be made under chapter 32 of the General Laws for
3939 6any service subsequent to his reaching age 65 in connection with his service to the town for
4040 7retirement or pension purposes, or take any action relative thereto.
4141 8 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
