| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 Chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- |

| 30 | 30 | | 2 Section 48. Each student who has graduated from a high school within the Brockton |

| 31 | 31 | | 3public school district shall be entitled, upon enrollment in at least 1 class at Massasoit |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4Community College, to a full waiver for charges due for tuition and mandatory fees during the |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5period of enrollment. |

| 34 | 34 | | 6 Consistent with the provisions of this section, the board may establish general guidelines |

| 35 | 35 | | 7and regulations for the application and administration of waiver benefits at Massasoit |
