| 26 | 26 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 28 | 28 | | 1 Section 94 of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 2striking the sentence: “The salary of the assistant clerks of the supreme judicial court for Suffolk |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 3county shall be 82.50 per cent of the salary of said clerk and shall be paid, subject to |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 4appropriation, by the commonwealth.”, and insert in place thereof the following: - |

| 32 | 32 | | 5 The salary of the second assistant clerk of the supreme judicial court for Suffolk county |

| 33 | 33 | | 6shall be 85.88 per cent of the salary of said clerk and the salary of the third assistant clerk of the |

| 34 | 34 | | 7supreme judicial court for Suffolk county shall be 82.50 per cent of the salary of said clerk and |

| 35 | 35 | | 8shall be paid, subject to appropriation, by the commonwealth. |
