to the assistant clerks of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County.  The Judiciary.

An Act relative to the Assistant Clerks of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 94 of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by 
2striking the sentence: “The salary of the assistant clerks of the supreme judicial court for Suffolk 
3county shall be 82.50 per cent of the salary of said clerk and shall be paid, subject to 
4appropriation, by the commonwealth.”, and insert in place thereof the following: - 
5 The salary of the second assistant clerk of the supreme judicial court for Suffolk county 
6shall be 85.88 per cent of the salary of said clerk and the salary of the third assistant clerk of the 
7supreme judicial court for Suffolk county shall be 82.50 per cent of the salary of said clerk and 
8shall be paid, subject to appropriation, by the commonwealth.
