2929 An Act authorizing the city of Greenfield to grant an additional liquor license for the sale of all
3030 alcohol beverages to be drunk on the premises.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws or any
3434 2other General or Special Laws to the contrary, the licensing authority of the City of Greenfield
3535 3may grant one additional license for the sale of all alcohol beverages to be drunk on the premises
3636 4under Section 12 of said Chapter 138 to Tuckerman's Glasses, LLC DBA Greenfield Garden
3737 5Cinema, located at 361 Main Street, Greenfield.
3838 6 SECTION 2. The licenses issued pursuant to this Act shall be nontransferable to any
3939 7other locations.
4040 8 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
