By Representative Blais of Deerfield and Senator Comerford, a joint petition (accompanied by
bill, House, No. 4035) of Natalie M. Blais and Joanne M. Comerford (with the approval of the
mayor and city council) that the city of Greenfield be authorized to grant an additional license for
the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in said city. Consumer Protection
and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]

An Act authorizing the city of Greenfield to grant an additional liquor license for the sale of all
alcohol beverages to be drunk on the premises.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws or any
2other General or Special Laws to the contrary, the licensing authority of the City of Greenfield
3may grant one additional license for the sale of all alcohol beverages to be drunk on the premises
4under Section 12 of said Chapter 138 to Tuckerman's Glasses, LLC DBA Greenfield Garden
5Cinema, located at 361 Main Street, Greenfield.
6 SECTION 2. The licenses issued pursuant to this Act shall be nontransferable to any
7other locations.
8 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
