| 28 | 28 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2the Town of Norton is hereby authorized to invest any trust funds of the town in the custody of |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3the treasurer in accordance with the Prudent Investor Rule and sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4chapter 203C of the General Laws and in accordance with the Town of Norton cash and |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5investment policy, as the same may be amended by the Town of Norton, acting by and through |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6the Select Board, from time to time. |
