| 33 | 33 | | 2provisions of Chapter 79 of the General Laws, certain easements on land situated in the Town of |

| 34 | 34 | | 3Milford, described with particularity in the following Section 2, that are necessary for the repair |

| 35 | 35 | | 4and maintenance of the Lake Maspenock Dam, acquired by the Town of Hopkinton from the |
