11	11	An Act amending the act establishing a charter for the town of Wrentham.
12	12	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
13	13	of the same, as follows:
14	14	1 SECTION 1. Section 1.3 of article I of the Wrentham home rule charter, as appearing in
15	15	2section 1 of chapter 116 of the acts of 2014, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (c) and
16	16	3inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-
17	17	4 (c) “Select board”, the duly elected select board for the town of Wrentham.
18	18	5 SECTION 2. Subsection (bb) of said section 1.3 of said article I of said charter, as so
19	19	6appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in
20	20	7place thereof the following words:- select board.
21	21	8 SECTION 3. Section 1.5 of said article I of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
22	22	9amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the
23	23	10following words:- select board. 2 of 5
24	24	11 SECTION 4. Section 2.3 of article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended
25	25	12by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following
26	26	13words:- select board.
27	27	14 SECTION 5. Section 2.5 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
28	28	15amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the
29	29	16following words:- select board.
30	30	17 SECTION 6. Section 2.6 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
31	31	18amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the
32	32	19following words:- select board.
33	33	20 SECTION 7. Section 2.7 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
34	34	21amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in
35	35	22place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.
36	36	23 SECTION 8. Section 3.1 of article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended
37	37	24by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place
38	38	25thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.
39	39	26 SECTION 9. Section 3.2 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
40	40	27amended by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:- SELECT

42	42	29 SECTION 10. Said section 3.2 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is
43	43	30hereby further amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear,

46	46	33appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in

48	48	35 SECTION 12. Subsection (b) of section 3.9 of said article III of said charter, as so
49	49	36appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in
50	50	37place thereof the following words:- select board.
51	51	38 SECTION 13. Section 4.1 of article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
52	52	39amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in
53	53	40place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.
54	54	41 SECTION 14. Section 4.2 of said article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby
55	55	42amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in
