| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of chapter 32 |

| 32 | 32 | | 2of the General Laws or section 5 of said chapter 32, or any other general or special law to the |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3contrary, Kurt Babick, a licensed electrician employed as the electrician of the Acton- |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4Boxborough Regional School District, and a member of the Middlesex county retirement system, |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5shall be classified in Group 2 for the purposes of said chapter 32. |

| 36 | 36 | | 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
