An Act relative to the retirement classification of a certain employee of the Acton-Boxborough
Regional School District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) of section 3 of chapter 32
2of the General Laws or section 5 of said chapter 32, or any other general or special law to the
3contrary, Kurt Babick, a licensed electrician employed as the electrician of the Acton-
4Boxborough Regional School District, and a member of the Middlesex county retirement system,
5shall be classified in Group 2 for the purposes of said chapter 32.
6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
