| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1: Bridge M07001 (43T) spanning the North River in the towns of Marshfield |

| 31 | 31 | | 2and Norwell shall be designated and known as the “Lt. David S. Cutler Memorial Bridge” in |

| 32 | 32 | | 3honor of David S. Cutler, a veteran, businessman, journalist, and long-time resident of the South |

| 33 | 33 | | 4Shore who served in active duty for the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War and earned a |

| 34 | 34 | | 5Purple Heart and a Navy commendation medal for his meritorious service while attempting to |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6rescue one of his men in the Demilitarized Zone. |

| 36 | 36 | | 7 SECTION 2. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a |
