1919 2General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 2181 and
2020 32277, relative to unborn victims of Down Syndrome and the health of mothers and born alive
2121 4fetuses after the second trimester.
2222 5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
2323 6and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
2424 7recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
