An Act repealing certain fiscal stability procedures in the towns of Chesterfield and Goshen.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 94 of the acts of 2005 is hereby repealed.
2 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
