2626 An Act relative to public health transparency in schools.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 1A of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
3030 2is hereby amended by inserting after the twentieth paragraph the following paragraph:-
3131 3 “The commissioner shall provide guidance and directives to the board relating to the
3232 4public health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Information about said guidance and
3333 5directives shall be publicly accessible and available online. Said information shall include, but
3434 6need not be limited to, all recommendations, meeting minutes, data, reports, and guidance from
3535 7non-governmental experts, as well as all governmental bodies involved in the decision-making
3636 8process.”
