| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 1A of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, |

| 30 | 30 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting after the twentieth paragraph the following paragraph:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 “The commissioner shall provide guidance and directives to the board relating to the |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4public health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Information about said guidance and |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5directives shall be publicly accessible and available online. Said information shall include, but |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6need not be limited to, all recommendations, meeting minutes, data, reports, and guidance from |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7non-governmental experts, as well as all governmental bodies involved in the decision-making |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8process.” |
