An Act relative to public health transparency in schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1A of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting after the twentieth paragraph the following paragraph:-
3 “The commissioner shall provide guidance and directives to the board relating to the 
4public health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. Information about said guidance and 
5directives shall be publicly accessible and available online. Said information shall include, but 
6need not be limited to, all recommendations, meeting minutes, data, reports, and guidance from 
7non-governmental experts, as well as all governmental bodies involved in the decision-making 
8process.”
