3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of
3434 2the town of Lexington may, in addition to any other licenses it is entitled to grant, grant up to 10
3535 3additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages only to be drunk on the premises
3636 4pursuant to section 12 of chapter 138. Licenses granted under this subsection shall be subject to
3737 5all of said chapter 138 except said section 17.
