| 33 | 33 | | 1 Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of |

| 34 | 34 | | 2the town of Lexington may, in addition to any other licenses it is entitled to grant, grant up to 10 |

| 35 | 35 | | 3additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages only to be drunk on the premises |

| 36 | 36 | | 4pursuant to section 12 of chapter 138. Licenses granted under this subsection shall be subject to |
