[Local Approval Received.] The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act authorizing the Town of Lexington ten additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of 2the town of Lexington may, in addition to any other licenses it is entitled to grant, grant up to 10 3additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages only to be drunk on the premises 4pursuant to section 12 of chapter 138. Licenses granted under this subsection shall be subject to 5all of said chapter 138 except said section 17.
