| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding section 4A of chapter 40 or section 1 of chapter 83 of the |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Foxborough and |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3the Town of Sharon, acting by or through their select boards, are authorized to amend the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4agreement dated Augst 1, 2023, between the towns of Foxborough and Sharon relative to the |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5providing of municipal sewer service in Sharon, and extended the term of the agreement to a |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6term not more than 99 years. |

| 37 | 37 | | 7 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
