LaNatra relative to the transfer of real property from the Silver Lake regional school district to

An Act relative to the transfer of real property from the Silver Lake regional school district to the 
town of Kingston.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is the 
transfer of land necessary for a culvert replacement and storm water improvement project, 
therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation 
of the public convenience .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Silver Lake regional 
2school committee shall transfer to the town of Kingston ownership of the parcel consisting of .19 
3acres on Lake Street in the town of Kingston, shown on Kingston assessors map no. 8, lot no. 40.
