| 29 | 29 | | Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is the |

| 30 | 30 | | transfer of land necessary for a culvert replacement and storm water improvement project, |

| 31 | 31 | | therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation |

| 32 | 32 | | of the public convenience . |

| 33 | 33 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 35 | 35 | | 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Silver Lake regional |

| 36 | 36 | | 2school committee shall transfer to the town of Kingston ownership of the parcel consisting of .19 |

| 37 | 37 | | 3acres on Lake Street in the town of Kingston, shown on Kingston assessors map no. 8, lot no. 40. |
