1818 An Act relative to retirement benefits.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2020 of the same, as follows:
2121 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Chapter 32, Sections 65C and 65D, or any other general or
2222 2 special law to the contrary, Mary McCabe is authorized to name her daughter Anna
2323 3 McCabe as her survivor beneficiary, in lieu of a spouse, pursuant to section 65C or 65D
2424 4 of chapter 32.
2525 5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage, and shall apply retroactively as
2626 6 of October 29, 2023.
