30 | 30 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |

32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any General or special law to the contrary, services |
---|
33 | 33 | | 2provided through the MassHealth Frail Elder Home and Community-Based Services Waiver |
---|
34 | 34 | | 3shall be made available to persons diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease regardless of |
---|
35 | 35 | | 4their age, if they are otherwise eligible for such services. The Secretary for Health and Human |
---|
36 | 36 | | 5Services shall ensure that the relevant agencies under her purview promulgate regulations as |
---|
37 | 37 | | 6necessary to implement this act. |
