3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways within the department of
3434 2environmental quality engineering is hereby authorized and directed to dredge the harbor area
3535 3surrounding Houghs Neck in Quincy, Massachusetts.
3636 4 SECTION 2. Such director shall expend such sums as may be appropriated therefore,
3737 5such sums not to exceed the total of eight hundred thousand dollars.
