An Act authorizing and directing the director of the Division of Waterways to dredge the harbor
area surrounding Houghs Neck in the city of Quincy.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways within the department of
2environmental quality engineering is hereby authorized and directed to dredge the harbor area
3surrounding Houghs Neck in Quincy, Massachusetts.
4 SECTION 2. Such director shall expend such sums as may be appropriated therefore,
5such sums not to exceed the total of eight hundred thousand dollars.
