29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 59 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |
---|
32 | 32 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place |
---|
33 | 33 | | 3thereof the following sentence:- |

34 | 34 | | 4 Said trust fund shall consist of monies paid to the commonwealth pursuant to sections |
---|
35 | 35 | | 513B, 20 and 24. |

36 | 36 | | 6 SECTION 2. Subsection 13B(d) of chapter 90 is hereby amended by adding, after the |

37 | 37 | | 7third time the word “offense” appears, the following words:- |

38 | 38 | | 8 ; provided, that $50 of the fine for the first offense under this subsection shall be |
---|
39 | 39 | | 9deposited into the head injury treatment services trust fund 2 of 4 |

54 | 54 | | 24section; provided, however, that 100 per cent of the amount collected under this assessment shall |

55 | 55 | | 25be deposited monthly by the court with the state treasurer for who shall deposit it into the head |
---|
56 | 56 | | 26injury treatment services trust fund. |

57 | 57 | | 27 SECTION 6. Subsection 24 (1)(a)(1) of Chapter 90 is hereby further amended in the |
