| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 16 of chapter 151 is hereby amended by adding the following |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2paragraph:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 3 Employers subject to a minimum fair wage order under this chapter shall provide each |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4employee receiving a salary with an hourly equivalent comparison of the employee’s salary and |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 5the minimum fair wage under chapter 151. The comparison shall be in written form and shall |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6accompany each payment made to employee. If the hourly salary amount is less than the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7minimum fair wage, the employer may be subject to sections 19 and 20 of this chapter. |
