Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 16 of chapter 151 is hereby amended by adding the following 2paragraph:- 3 Employers subject to a minimum fair wage order under this chapter shall provide each 4employee receiving a salary with an hourly equivalent comparison of the employee’s salary and 5the minimum fair wage under chapter 151. The comparison shall be in written form and shall 6accompany each payment made to employee. If the hourly salary amount is less than the 7minimum fair wage, the employer may be subject to sections 19 and 20 of this chapter.
