| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. The town of Brookline shall be exempt from the provision of subsection (d) |

| 32 | 32 | | 2of section 20 of chapter 30A of the General Laws requiring that a quorum of a public body, |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3including the chair, be present at an in-person meeting location in order for the attorney general |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4to authorize remote participation by members of such public body pursuant to said subsection (d) |

| 35 | 35 | | 5of said section 20 of said chapter 30A. |
