2828 An Act exempting the town of Brookline from in-person quorums.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. The town of Brookline shall be exempt from the provision of subsection (d)
3232 2of section 20 of chapter 30A of the General Laws requiring that a quorum of a public body,
3333 3including the chair, be present at an in-person meeting location in order for the attorney general
3434 4to authorize remote participation by members of such public body pursuant to said subsection (d)
3535 5of said section 20 of said chapter 30A.
3636 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
