| 33 | 33 | | 1 Subsection (c) of section 5 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 34 | 34 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “support of community |

| 35 | 35 | | 3housing;” the following words:- for the rehabilitation or restoration of historical or recreational |

| 36 | 36 | | 4projects that are acquired or created prior to 2000, including but not limited to, flood control |
