Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subsection (c) of section 5 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “support of community 3housing;” the following words:- for the rehabilitation or restoration of historical or recreational 4projects that are acquired or created prior to 2000, including but not limited to, flood control 5infrastructures, floodplain preservation; 6 Subsection (c) of section 5 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by 7inserting after the words “shall not be used for” the following words;- regular upkeep and 8general.
