2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 70F of chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the
3030 2following paragraph:-
3131 3 Notwithstanding the above, if the person’s blood has come in contact with another person
3232 4who may be infected thereby, such tests shall be performed and the result made known to the
3333 5person who may have been infected despite the inability or refusal of the person to give written
3434 6consent.
